The question is, how do you catch the eye of some of Australia’s wealthiest investors? By using a singular visual style and art direction inspired by acclaimed film director Wes Anderson, that’s how. For APN, one of Australia’s largest fully integrated real estate groups managing over $42 billion of assets across the office, industrial, retail and healthcare sectors, we went bold. Very bold.

We created a series of distinctive visual narratives that expressed the key to APN’s business approach: they look deeper into each portfolio investment.

The work was targeted to higher net worth investors and successful business owners with self-managed super funds to invest with APN. The campaign netted some big fish, a whale or two and millions of dollars in property investments.
